Step1:Ingredients - tenderloin, Chaoshan pork balls, fresh abalone and Dongguan rice noodles.
Step2:Blanch the rice noodles in Dongguan. Supercool the river. Drain it. Set aside.
Step3:Clean the fresh abalone with a toothbrush. Slice it.
Step4:Wash and shred the tenderloin. Put it into a bowl. Add some salt, pepper, chicken powder, sesame oil and cornmeal. Marinate for a while.
Step5:Pig bone soup made in advance.
Step6:Pour the pork bone soup into the pot.
Step7:Put in the washed Chaoshan pork balls.
Step8:Put in the marinated shredded meat.
Step9:Cover the pot. Bring it to a boil. Transfer the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Step10:Take off the lid. Put in the rice noodles.
Step11:Put in the sliced abalone. Cook until the sliced abalone is cooked. Turn off the fire.
Step12:Pour in the right amount of pepper and salt to taste and enjoy.
Cooking tips:Abalone slices don't need to be cooked for a long time, so as not to affect the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
