Spiced yellow croaker. The fish is tender and tasty. It has strong fragrance. It's suitable to eat with wine. A bowl of rice is not enough.
Step1:Raw materials.
Step2:Clean the yellow croaker. Cut it.
Step3:Add salt and five spices. Spread them evenly.
Step4:Sprinkle corn starch. Spread well.
Step5:Fried fish. Fry until both sides are brown, then take out for standby. My new scooting fry is super awesome. Fried fish do not stick to the pot at all.
Step6:Pour out the oil of fried fish. Stir fry garlic slices, ginger slices and star anise.
Step7:Water, salt, five spices.
Step8:Fish.
Step9:Turn off the heat when the soup is dry.
Step10:Put it into the plate. Sprinkle some chopped green onion.
Cooking tips:The wok I use is not sticky at all. If you use an ordinary wok, you should try hot wok and cold oil for fried fish. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
