Step1:Wash the bass. You can cut it a few times or not depending on your preference. I didn't do it. Wash the fish, cut ginger and garlic and put them on the fish. Then add cooking wine, oil and salt. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
Step2:Put water in the pot. Steam the fish for eight or nine minutes, then put the fish on the hot oil and raw oil. Dinner
