Step1:Ingredients preparation: 80g minced meat, 30g lotus root, 15g carrot, 5 mushrooms (large), 5 quail eggs, 3 G starch, and proper amount of onion.

Step4:Add starch. Stir well. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step5:Cut the carrots.
Step6:Cut the lotus root.
Step7:Put the lotus root in the minced meat.
Step8:Put the carrots in the minced meat.
Step9:Mix well.
Step10:Wash the mushrooms. Remove the stems.
Step11:Put the minced meat in the mushroom as shown above. Leave a hole in the middle. Put in a quail egg.
Step12:Steam in a pot for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step13:Out of the pot. You can pour out the soup and thicken it.
Cooking tips:According to the baby's size, cut diced lotus root carrots into appropriate sizes. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
