Step1:Wash and soak Tremella for 23 hours, tear it up for us
Step2:Dry wolfberry wash. For use
Step3:Put some water in the milk pot, add tremella and cook until the juice is thick
Step4:Put some icing sugar. Sprinkle with Lycium barbarum and let it melt completely.
Cooking tips:Tremella needs to be changed for many times in order to wash away sulfur and other impurities; after Lycium barbarum fruit, it can be eaten frozen for better cooking and delicious skills.
