Step4:Add oil and heat saute pickles for 4 minutes. Add sauce for 3 minutes. Add some boiling water (or bone soup). Add seasoning. Add fish head and bone and cook for 2 minutes. Take out the vegetables and bones. Put in fish slices and cook
