French fries. I think of McDonald's doing it by myself today. I made French fries that my daughter can't throw away anymore. The French fries made by myself are more meaty, crispy and tender, which is why I like them not so thin. So they taste more fragrant and glutinous.
Step1:Peel the potatoes. Wash them. Cut them in half. Cut them into long strips.
Step2:Add some water to the pot. Boil and put in the potato strips. Cook for about one minute, remove and drain the water. Push it to heat evenly in the middle.
Step3:Boiled potato strips. Add a little salt. Shake to make the salt melt evenly.
Step4:Then add corn starch. Shake. Let corn starch stick on potato evenly.
Step5:Put oil paper on the baking tray, put the potato strips on it, and put them into the middle layer of the preheated oven.
Step6:Steam the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step7:The French fries in the Souffle and tomato sauce are perfect.
