Because there are children in my family who don't eat spicy food. I took out the chili. But I mixed some Korean hot sauce with it. It's super delicious.

Cooking tips:If you don't think it's too much trouble to make your own noodles, you can buy very thick hand rolled noodles and cook them, then cut them into dice. But the taste is worse. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
