Cooking tips:Different brands of flour have different water absorption, so it can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Room temperature fermentation is also OK. But it is necessary to keep the dough humidity. I use steamed bread self-made powder. So I didn't add yeast powder. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
