In summer, I will come to stew in brown sauce. It's fragrant and delicious. -
Step1:Cut the ribs. Rinse them with water first. Then soak them in water for 30 minutes. Wash with water after soaking. Then put the ribs and cold water into the pot and cook. Add two pieces of ginger. Open fire and boil.
Step2:When the water boils, you will see a layer of foam. Then you can turn off the fire and pull out the ribs. After the ribs are fished out, wash them with water. Drain the water for use.
Step3:Cut the chives, ginger slices and garlic. No need to cut them.
Step4:Heat up the pot. Then add peanut oil. Pour garlic and ginger into the pot and stir fry.
Step5:Put the drained spareribs in the oil pan and stir fry until both sides are slightly golden. Pay attention to whether the water in the ribs is drained. If there is too much water, it is easy to splash oil and cause scald.
Step6:Then add the raw, old, sugar, cooking wine and water. The water is about half as high as the ribs.
Step7:Stir fry the seasoning evenly, then turn on medium heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step8:After 15 minutes of stewing, the soup in the ribs will be dried gradually. Then add a small amount of salt for seasoning. Add shallot before leaving the pot. Stir well.
Step9:The braised pork ribs are ready to eat. The whole garlic has been cooked without the spicy garlic. Instead, it becomes soft and waxy. It's delicious.
