I haven't uploaded the new recipe for a long time. It's hot. It's the season for cold dishes.
Step1:Boil the vegetables in water. Wash and cut into long strips about 5cm long. Pour water into the pot and put in a little salt. Boil the vegetables in water and put them into the cut ones. Boil for 34 minutes, remove the bubbles and put them in cold water. (Gongcai is very good to soak. It doesn't need hot water or cold water.)
Step2:Clean the chicken gizzards, wash them and cut them into small pieces. Put them into the waste water before cooking. Add wine and salt to boil for 3 minutes and immediately remove them from the pot. (chicken gizzards should not be cooked for too long. If cooked for too long, the taste is not so chewy.
Step3:Put salt, sugar, oil consumption, old soy sauce, raw soy sauce and white vinegar (aged vinegar can also be used) into a bowl. Add a tablespoon of cold boiled water and mix well for use.
Step4:Put the cooked Gongcai and chicken gizzards in the bowl. Put in the chili noodles, the chopped Zhitian peppers, the garlic rice and the mixed sauce, sprinkle with sesame oil and cooking oil, mix them and put them into the refrigerator for 3 hours to eat.
Cooking tips:If you are a friend with strong taste, you can put pepper, cilantro and a star anise into the chicken gizzard to cook together. It's more fragrant and hemp when you ask. I put less soy sauce, so the color is not so good-looking. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
