Step1:Cut the Hericium erinaceus into small pieces. Soak the mushrooms. Slice the ginger. Dry stir the ginger slices over medium and low heat until they curl up beside the ginger slice
Step2:Add Hericium erinaceus and Lentinus edodes and dry fry them together until the Hericium is soft and q-shaped (press with a frying spoon to see), then add in sugar and fry them
Step3:Pour in rice wine until pickle
Step4:Add corn and cook for 3-5 minutes after boilin
Cooking tips:1. Sesame oil will be bitter if boiled over high heat. Be sure to use medium and low heat. 2. Don't want to eat the whole wine. Half the water and half the wine. 3. Corn will absorb a lot of wine if put too early. If you like it, put it in the pot before you like it or not. 4. Hericium erinaceus mushroom will be delicious if you are patient and dry fried. 5. Never add salt. The taste will be different and delicious.
