When I was a child, there was a dessert shop selling only doughnuts near the school gate. There were all kinds of doughnuts in the dessert window. Every time I come home from school, I always say I'm hungry. Then my mother took me to the bun shop next to the doughnut without saying anything. She bought me two big meat buns. I face reluctantly took the bun. Wronged Baba bit. Well, this is a doughnut like bun. Later when I grew up, I talked to my mother. I didn't know. My mother really didn't know that I wanted to eat doughnuts. I thought I was really hungry. I'm not happy to give two big meat buns. I think it's not enough to eat. Now I can't laugh or cry. There are several flavors of doughnuts. The first doughnuts were made by kneading the dough, frying it, and then coating it with white sugar. Go to the back with the oven version of the doughnut. Then stick all kinds of flavors of chocolate sauce. And my favorite is the classic white sugar flavor. Although frying is unhealthy
Step1:Add yeast to the milk and mix well.
Step2:Add sugar to the flour. Stir with chopsticks. Let the sugar and flour evenly distributed.
Step3:Put in an egg.
Step4:Stir evenly with chopstick
Step5:Then pour the yeast milk just mixed into the flour.
Step6:Use chopsticks to make cotton floccules.
Step7:Add corn oil.
Step8:Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and ferment to twice the size in a warm place. I put it in the corner of the balcony. The room temperature was 28 degrees that day. It happened to rain outside. Air humidity is also very high
Step9:It's a fermented dough.
Step10:Let's see the internal organization of the dough.
Step11:Take out the dough. Press flat slightly to exhaust.
Step12:Knead into dough. Knead into long strips. Cut into equal dough.
Step13:Then round the dough one by one.
Step14:Spread some flour on the base plate to prevent sticking. Press the whole round dough slightly with the palm.
Step15:Cover with plastic wrap. Wake up until the dough expands. Just take the soft one.
Step16:Stick the flour on your fingers. Poke a hole in the middle of the dough. Turn it clockwise to make the hole shape.
Step17:Pour more oil into the pot. Heat up to 70% oil temperature. Put the dough into the pot. Turn the fire to explode slowly.
Step18:Fry into golden yellow on both sides and drain.
Step19:Have the sugar on the plate.
Step20:Put the fried doughnut on the sugar while it's hot. Stick the sugar on both sides evenly.
Step21:Recently, I found that my recipe copy, production process drawing and finished product drawing were copied intact. I feel really uncomfortable. After all, they are all made by myself. So is photography. Those who don't respect the original author, why can't they do it by their own efforts.
Cooking tips:1. When you poke a hole in the dough, if the hole you poke is retracted, it means that the dough hasn't sobered up yet. You need to continue to wake up. 2. When you fry the doughnut, remember to fry it over medium heat. It's easy to paste it up in a big fire. The doughnut will absorb a lot of oil in a small fire. 3. The fried doughnut can be placed on the kitchen paper to absorb the oil on the surface. Then put it on top of the sugar while it's hot and dip it in the sugar. If the doughnut is cold, it's not good to dip in the sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
