For breakfast, I often make coarse grains for my family. They are fragrant, smooth, nourishing and appetizing. A bowl of tripe. Long aftertaste.
Step1:After washing the millet, soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
Step2:Peel the pumpkin and cut it into thin slices with a knife.
Step3:Put the cut pumpkin slices into the steamer and steam until they are ready to be pierced with chopsticks.
Step4:After the pumpkin slices are steamed, put them into a bowl. Use a rolling pin to roughly press them into the shape of mud.
Step5:Boil the water in the pot. Put the soaked millet and pumpkin puree into the pot at the same time. Boil for about 15 minutes. Use a spoon to stir constantly when cooking to prevent the paste from bottoming. Put in the proper sugar a few minutes before leaving the pot. Do not put in the ones that do not like too sweet.
