When I was a kid, when I bought the cut cake in the vegetable market, I always struggled whether it was dates or red beans. Let's combine the two when we do it at home.
Step1:Glutinous rice and red beans are soaked in water for one night.
Step2:Then steam the glutinous rice and dates in a little water pot for about 40 minutes.
Step3:Add water to the pot and simmer for about 50 minutes. Cook until rotten. Then add the brown sugar and stir with the blender to make a paste.
Step4:Mix the glutinous rice and dates. Lay one layer in the cake making mold. Lay the middle (one layer of bean pit, one layer of glutinous rice and one layer of bean pit). The top layer is covered with glutinous rice. Refrigerate for about an hour. Take it out and turn it upside down.
