Summer is coming. I've been studying fat reduction meal recently. Tomato, corn and chicken ball is a nutritious and delicious fat reduction meal recipe that I recently tested. It uses chicken breast. It's very helpful to increase muscle and reduce fat. There's no burden to eat a plate. It's also better than the general fat reduction ingredients. Who wants the diet?
Step1:Ingredients: one piece of chicken breast, one carrot, 100g corn, two tomatoes, one egg, some onion, ginger and garlic, oyster sauce, cooking wine, some white pepper, some salt.
Step2:Chop the chicken breast into mud. Chop the carrots and shallots.
Step3:Mix chicken, diced carrot, corn and shallot. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of oyster sauce, an egg white and some white pepper. Stir with chopsticks in the same direction until strong.
Step4:Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Cut the ginger and garlic into pieces. Put the oil in the pan. Add in the ginger and garlic and stir fry. Stir fry the soup. Don't use it. Just leave it in the pot.
Step5:Boil a pot of boiling water. Squeeze into meatballs and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. (you can squeeze meatballs with the help of a small ball shaped fried meatball at the tiger's mouth of your thumb. You really don't mind putting on gloves, scooping a spoon with your hands and rubbing it into a small ball.) add the cooked chicken balls in the tomato soup pot.
Step6:Add a spoonful of oyster sauce, some pepper, and some hot water (less than half of the meatballs). Cook for about 5 minutes. Add some salt.
Step7:After the juice is collected, sprinkle with Scallion to make the pot
