Nang is a kind of baked bread. It's the staple food of Uygur, Kazak and other ethnic groups. It's soft and crisp. It's full of fragrance. It won't harden in a few days. If you like the taste of onions, try it.
Step1:Chop the onions and set aside.
Step2:Mix medium gluten flour, salt and dry yeast evenly. Pour in water and milk to mix. Knead into a smooth dough. Wake up to twice the dough.
Step3:Press the dough into Nang embryo with medium and thin sides. Fork out many small holes in the middle and thin parts with fork.
Step4:Mix chopped onion, black sesame, corn oil and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. After mixing, sprinkle evenly on the Nang embryo.
Step5:Put it into the preheated oven. Set the oven temperature to 200 ℃. Bake for 10 minutes. Brush with corn oil. Bake for another 10 minutes.
