Step1:Add sugar to the flour.
Step2:About 40 ℃ warm water to boil yeast. Let stand for 5 minute
Step3:Put the yeast water into the flour. Stir it from side to side. Stir it to form a floccule. Knead it with the palm to form a smooth dough.
Step4:Cover with plastic wrap. (in summer) ferment at room temperature for an hour to twice the size. It's honeycombed inside.
Step5:Dice the sausage. Dice the chives.
Step6:Roll the dough into large pieces. Apply a spoon of oil. Sprinkle salt evenly.
Step7:Spread the diced legs and scallions.
Step8:Roll it up. Seal both ends. Rub the thick part in the middle a little bit
Step9:Cut, flatten and roll chopsticks in the middle. Put it in the steamer and ferment for 25 minutes.
Step10:Steam in cold water for 20 minutes. 5 minutes and then open the lid.
