Step1:In addition to butter, sugar, salt, egg liquid, milk, powder and yeast are added to kneading machine to form dough. Then softened butter is added to knead until expansion stage.

Step6:Ferment twice until it becomes larger obviously. Spray water on the dough surface. Sprinkle white sesame seeds.
Step7:Put the baking tray into the middle layer of the preheated oven. Bake at 180 ℃ for 1820 minutes.
Step8:Take out the baking tray. Move the bread to the air line to cool it.
Cooking tips:1. If there is no rye flour, it can be replaced with whole wheat flour or high gluten flour. 2. The water absorption of flour will be different. You can reserve about 10 grams of water first and then add it slowly. 3. There will be differences between each oven. The temperature and time will be adjusted according to the oven.
