Reference month old - every shrimp dumpling over 12 months old is filled with shrimp mud, corn and carrots. It's full of juicy, fresh and glutinous, and it also has the sweet smell of vegetables. This kind of seafood and vegetable stuffing is definitely the one baby likes. I made videos for my baby's food. They were included in my official account, baby food supplement master. It includes staple food, soup, baking, diet therapy, etc.
Step1:Refer to the preparation of food materials for babies who are not allergic to food materials for more than 12 months - 100g of medium gluten flour (common flour), 80g of shrimp, 20g of corn kernels, 20g of spinach, 6G of carrot accessories - operation time of corn oil, lemon and mushroom flour - 30min delicious index - ★★
Step2:First, remove the shrimp lines from the back and abdomen, then chop them into mud, put on the lemon slices and marinate for 15 minutes. *You can use a knife to chop the mud. You can also use a blender to stir it into mud. I always use lemon slices to marinate the shrimp for a while to remove the fishy smell. If you don't use lemon slices, you can also use ginger slices.
Step3:Wash and dice the carrots. Blanch the corn and spinach. Set aside. *In order to avoid choking, it is recommended to peel the corn grain. The big baby can not peel it.
Step4:After marinating the shrimp puree, remove the lemon slices and add the diced carrot and corn.
Step5:Then add the fresh mushroom powder and corn oil, and mix the ingredients evenly. *I suggest choosing oil with less flavor, such as corn oil, peanut oil and soybean oil. Fresh mushroom powder can be replaced with a small amount of salt or without.
Step6:Put the blanched spinach into the blender, then add 60 grams of clear water, start the blender, and stir the ingredients to be fine.
Step7:Filter out 55 grams of spinach juice through a sieve. Spinach can also be replaced by other leafy vegetables and pressed into juice to supplement the baby's nutrition.
Step8:In the spinach juice, add the flour with medium gluten. Stir the ingredients into floccules.
Step9:Then they knead it into a smooth dough.
Step10:Roll the dough into the shape of the dough with a rolling pin.
Step11:Use the mold to make shrimp dumpling skin in a round shape. *If you don't have a mold at home, you can roll the dough into strips, cut it into even facial preparations, and press it into a circle with your palm.
Step12:Pick up one of the dumpling skins. Put in the shrimp stuffing made before. Then knead the two ends of the dumpling skins together.
Step13:Oil the hot pot. Put all the shrimp dumplings into the pot. *You can also choose to make dumplings according to the way of making dumplings. Press one pleat at a time and finish it completely. Then put it into a boiling pot and cook it.
