Braised noodles. It's a super inclusive dish. My first time to eat braised noodles was when I was in college. The noodles made by my sister's aunt in the dormitory were delicious. Later, I learned how to make stewed noodles. Every time I eat it, I am satisfied.
Step1:Wash bean sprout

For example, green leafy vegetables are not suitable for making stewed noodles. They will turn yellow when you stew them. Ingredients like bean sprouts and mushrooms not only have strong fragrance, but also can stand stewing. They are very suitable for stewing noodles.
Step7:Stir fry for a few times. Add enough water, soy sauce and salt. Stir evenly. The key to making stewed noodles is to add water. It is more waterproof than ordinary stir fry. Because the word stewed noodles means to stew the cooked noodles with the water in the ingredients during the heating process. Look at the water level in the pot. It's almost the same as the ingredients.
Step8:Spread the noodles on the food. Don't move. That's it.
Step9:Cover and cook. Gudu gudu cook. After about 5 minutes, open the lid and have a look. The glass lid is visible, so you can directly observe the cooking degree of food.
Step10:Mix the noodles with the ingredients. Use chopsticks.
Step11:Stir well and simmer until the soup is dry. Then you can leave the pot. Remember that the state of braised noodles is dry. It's not noodle soup. It looks like fried noodles. But it may be softer and worse than fried noodles. Because the aroma of soup is all absorbed into noodles. This is the essence of noodles.
