Pan fried meat dumplings with Kwai Tai

Northerners love all kinds of dumplings in the hot and humid weather of Beijing in July and August. They really don't like the wetter home. When they are lazy, they buy dumpling skin. Mix a small bowl of stuffing by themselves. Make a pot paste dumpling. A meal is easy to solve ~ ~ the following picture is made by me twice. Once there are shrimps at home. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:One ️⃣ Ingredients - dumpling skin, leek, meat stuffing, shrimp with phoenix tail, pepper, soy sauce, salt remarks - dumpling skin. The same drop as usual dumpling. (white flour + vegetable powder / vegetable juice = green dumpling skin. HEMA fresh sells all kinds of color dumpling skin.)

  2. Step2:2 ️⃣ Prepare stuffing. Leek + meat stuffing + pepper + soy sauce + salt. Keep stirring in one direction for use. (because with leeks, there is no onion & ginger. Other kinds of fillings need to be added

  3. Step3:3 ️⃣ Put the meat stuffing in the middle of the dumpling skin. Fold it in half and seal it. Leave holes on both sides (the dumpling skin you buy should be covered with water, or it will open). Remarks - this step. If you want to make a pot sticker for the phoenix tail shrimp version, you can cut the dumpling stuffing by half. When you are a shrimp, you can seal it agai
