Step1:First of all, clean the organs of crucian carp. Clean them. Use kitchen paper to absorb water.
Step2:Pay attention to the black skin in the belly of the fish. Remove it. It will be very fishy.
Step3:Dry the fish, put them on the plate, and sprinkle salt and sugar evenly.
Step4:Put the ginger and Chenpi on the crucian carp evenly (forgot to take photos here). Put them into the steaming box. Steam them with the maximum steam for 10 minutes. If it's steamed in a pot, boil the water and steam for about 7 minutes. Insert the fish back with chopsticks. If it can be easily pierced, it's cooked.
Step5:When the fish is steamed to the last minute, open the door of the stove and evenly sprinkle with scallion. Continue to steam for 301 minutes.
Step6:Take out the steamed fish. Then filter out the water on the plate. If you don't pour out the steam water, the taste will be diluted. Then pour on the steamed fish soy sauce. Then put some green pepper on it.
Step7:When the fish is fast steaming, put some peanut oil in the pot. Heat it until white smoke comes out. Then pour it on the fish evenly while it is hot. The cooking oil should be hot enough.
Step8:Steam the crucian carp.
