Step1:The crucian carp is cut open and cleaned. Remove the fishy smell with salt for 10 minutes. If possible, you can make a bubble with cooking wine. Anyway, the salt I use is convenient.
Step2:Cut Luffa into strips and tofu into pieces. Pat garlic gently and peel. Slice ginger. Slice celery.
Step3:Hot pot of cold oil. (wash the salt off the crucian carp and drain it for use). Stir fry the ginger and garlic first, then add the dried sea pepper and prickly ash. Finally, add some soy sauce. Add water to boil the soy sauce for less than 10 minutes. Put the crucian carp, luffa and tofu in the pot. After cooking, sprinkle the celery on it to finish.
