Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Soak pork in cold water for 3 hours. Remove blood. Treat chives. Just wash them.

  2. Step2:Cut the streaky pork into large pieces suitable for the entrance. Lay a layer of chives on the bottom of the iron pot. Lay the streaky pork skin on the chives downward.

  3. Step3:Pour in a bowl of raw soy sauce, a bowl of rice wine (non cooking wine), a proper amount of ice sugar, without any other condiments.
