Step1:Soak pork in cold water for 3 hours. Remove blood. Treat chives. Just wash them.
Step2:Cut the streaky pork into large pieces suitable for the entrance. Lay a layer of chives on the bottom of the iron pot. Lay the streaky pork skin on the chives downward.
Step3:Pour in a bowl of raw soy sauce, a bowl of rice wine (non cooking wine), a proper amount of ice sugar, without any other condiments. Boil in high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Out of the pot. Note - I don't have time to take pictures. I found it online. It's really delicious.
