Usually I like to make potato chicken. Because of the bones, it's troublesome for children to eat. So I use chicken breast instead. It's all meat.
Step1:Wash and peel the potatoe

Cooking tips:The water for boiling potatoes should be based on the water absorption of potatoes. Marinate the chicken with cornflour to make it taste tender. If it's too troublesome, it can be directly fried. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
