The Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching. Every mid-autumn festival, I make some moon cakes by myself. Today, I only make bean paste and black sesame stuffing. The amount of this recipe is 25 moon cakes. Each moon cake is 53 grams. The stuffing is 33 grams. The skin is 20 grams.

Cooking Steps

  6. Step6:Make five kernel stuffing. All kinds of nuts. You can put them in as long as you like. Bake them and chop them. Longan, cranberry, raisin. Mix them evenly with nuts. Stir fry a proper amount of glutinous rice flour, corn oil, water, high white wine and a proper amount. It's just like mixing meat stuffing. As long as five kernel can form a ball, it's OK. If you don't feel sweet enough, you can add some sugar. If you don't like sweet, you don't need to put it. According to your taste.
