Step1:Stir well with water, syrup and lard, add moon cake powder and noodles, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step2:Add cooked glutinous rice flour and mix the bean paste stuffing too thinly, then rub the ball for standby.
Step3:Wrap the dough with bean paste and put it into the mould for setting.
Step4:Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Spray a small amount of water before the moon cake is like the oven (the pattern is not clear if there is more water) to prevent cracking and bake in the oven for 5 minutes, then take out and brush the yolk liquid. Then put it into the oven (the oven temperature is above 180 and below 160) and bake for 10 minutes, then take out and brush the egg liquid. Put it into the oven again. Bake for 5 minutes and take it out. Put it into the sealed bag and return the oil for 3 days before eating.
Step5:There will be cracks just out of the oven. It will retract automatically after cooling.
