I like this way of eating pasta most. It's steamed one pot at a time. It's soft and easy to digest. It's better than rougamo.
Step1:Put all the materials into the basin. Mix them roughly into floccules.
Step2:Knead it into a dough.
Step3:Cover with plastic wrap. Leave for 1 hour. Ferment to twice the original size.
Step4:After the dough is ready, move the dough to the panel. Sprinkle about 10g of dry flour. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Remove the air from the dough. Then use the cutter to evenly divide the dough into two pieces. Then knead the two dough into long strips with uniform thickness. Then use the cutter to evenly divide each dough into six small dosage forms. Each small dosage form weighs about 40g.
Step5:Flatten the small dosage with the palm. Then roll it with a rolling pin into a thin and even oval shape about 10cm long. Then brush a layer of oil on the surface. Fold it from one end to the other. Repeat the operation for other small dosage.
Step6:When the mowing bag is ready, put it into the steamer, cover it, and let it go for about 20 minutes. Let it go until the surface of the mowing bag is very fluffy.
Step7:Steam directly after fermentation for 12 minutes. Open a small gap in the first 2 minutes to prevent wrinkles after the package is steamed. Here I use zhenmi lifting electric hot pot. It has powerful power and one button lifting function. It is very practical to steam vegetables or eat hot pot.
Step8:You can put some vegetables and meat you like in the middle.
