Hot pot recipe
Step1:Wash the tendon. Add 3L water. 20g ginger slices into the fast pot. Boil the tendon without cover.
Step2:Add 3L water to the fast pot. All seasonings and boiled beef tendon.
Step3:Cover the pot. Put it in the meat stall. Boil it in high heat, then turn it to low heat for 10 minutes.
Step4:Continue to soak the tendon in the soup. Put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, mix the dipping ingredients. Slice the beef tendon and eat it.
Step5:When the brine is reduced to normal temperature, you can boil a small pot of boiling water to make loose eggs. After the water is boiled, put the raw eggs in it. Pinch the meter for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and take out the eggs and cool them in cold water.
Step6:Peel off the eggshell. Put it in the brine overnight. Eat the next day.
