Step1:The supermarket bought fresh chicken wings. We washed them repeatedly and cut them into large pieces.

Cooking tips:For this dish, dry pepper and prickly ash are used as the main seasonings. There must be more dried peppers. It must be completely wrapped with other seasonings of the chicken. Don't put them too heavy. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
