Step6:6 pour in pickles and stir fry. Pour in some water (or stock) and bring to a boil. Then pour in thousands of pieces.
Step7:7 put in fish bone and head. Stew for 20 minutes until the soup turns white and turn off the fire.
Step8:8. Remove the cooked pickles, fish head and bones, and put them into the bottom of the basin.
Step9:Boil the soup in 9 pot. Put in the fish slices. Cook until the fish slices are curled and discolored. Pour the fish slices together with the soup into the cooked pickle pot.
Step10:Add oil into the wok. Add the hot pepper and scallion. Fry the hot pepper and scallion.
Step11:11. Pour it directly on the prepared sauerkraut fish to finish
