Have you ever tried hot pot with small fried dough sticks? Ha ha. It's one of the dishes in our hotpot shop. It's delicious, let alone. There is a handful of fennel left over from dumplings at home. Knead it to replace dried fennel.
Step1:Remove cooking oil from all materials. Mix in the bread maker in the order of putting liquid first and flour later until smooth. About 20 minute
Step2:Take it out and put it into a large basin. Coat the surface with cooking oil. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment it to two times the size
Step3:One hour fermentation at room temperatur
Step4:The dried fennel is chopped and kneaded into the noodle
Step5:Roll it into a rectangle, thick and even piece of dough. Don't doubt your eyes. I put more fennel
Step6:Cut it. If it's too long, you can cut it horizontally. If it's too long, it can't be fried. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes
Step7:Pour the oil in the pot. When the oil is warm, fry it in the pot. Turn it over in the middle. It'll be golden on both sides
Step8:The finished product is crispy, not soft.
Cooking tips:1. It can also be used as baked fennel. It's very fragrant. 2. It's best to fry it with rapeseed. The color and smell are good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
