Step1:Prepare all the ingredients. Blanch the ribs first. Slice ginger. Heat oil. Stir fry the spareribs until they are brown on both sides. Add in the sugar and stir fry.
Step2:Add hot water, cooking wine, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, a teaspoon of salt and simmer for 45 minutes.
Step3:Open fire to collect juic
