Sticky rice flour is rice cake flour. It is also called rice flour or rice flour. It can be eaten by the general population. Step10:Put the brown sugar dough in it. Tighten the mouth and smooth it.
Step11:Press 5 pieces evenly with chopsticks. Press to the center of the cake. Then the plum blossom will come out. Press and roll into a smooth solid column.
Step12:Then use the soaked cotton thread to divide it into thin pieces.
Cooking tips:1. It's not too glutinous. It's chewy. But it's easy to harden when it's cold. It's like rice cake. If you like soft glutinous rice, you can use the same amount of 50g glutinous rice flour for glutinous rice flour. 2. The amount of squares is large. It can be cut in half.
