Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Chicken leg boneless.

  2. Step2:Beat the chicken leg with the back of the knife to break the tendon.

  3. Step3:Marinate with cooking wine and white pepper.

  4. Step4:Soak broccoli in salt water for 5 minutes. Blanch with carrot. Add salt to the water. The carrot was moulded out into a flower.

  5. Step5:Pan fry the chicken leg with oil.

  6. Step6:Fry both sides until golden.
