My sweet potatoes do this. Take out one hour in the evening. The next day we have breakfast. It's delicious and nutritious.
Step1:Peel the sweet potato and cut it into thin slices. Then wash it with water several times. After cleaning, put it into the steamer. Steam the sweet potato slices and then take them out. Then use a rolling pin or spoon to press them into a mud shape.
Step2:Let the sweet potato puree cool slightly. Add 300g flour, 3G dry yeast, 5g sugar and 90ml water. Mix it with chopsticks to form floccules.
Step3:Knead the flour into a dough with smooth surface and non sticky hands. Then apply a layer of oil on the bottom of the basin to prevent it from sticking. Then cover the dough with a plastic film. Let the dough grow for about 1 hour. Let the dough grow to twice the original size.
Step4:Sprinkle some flour on the panel. Move the dough to the panel. Knead it by hand for about 2 minutes. Remove the air from the dough. Then, they are rubbed into long strips and divided into several small dosage forms. Then they are rolled into patches. Each group is made of 5 small dosage forms. They are overlapped with each other.
Step5:Roll it up from one end of the patch to the other. Then cut it in half with a cutter from the middle. Repeat the procedure for the rest.
Step6:When all the rolls are ready, put them in the steamer. Leave some space between the two. Then cover the pot and steam for another 20 minutes or so. After the hair is done, it can be turned on. Steam for 15 minutes or so.
