So when pouring pumpkin puree, it must be poured in several times. Don't put too much. This time the flowers are 200g pumpkin paste and 240g flour. It's a little wet.   5. Step5:Cover the dough with wet gauze and put it in a warm place. Ferment for 1.52 hours. The volume is twice the original size. Insert the dough with your fingers. If the small hole does not collapse or rebound, the dough will be fermented.

  6. Step6:Put the fermented dough on the chopping board to fully knead and press. Squeeze out the air inside. Divide it into even small dosage forms. Press it flat. Five small dosage forms a group. Take some dough and rub it into thin strips.
