Step1:Put the flour, yeast and milk in the chef's machine. Select the first gear to start kneading. When kneading, it will automatically jump to the second gear.
Step2:When it's smooth, knead it by hand, cover with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for fermentation.
Step3:Fermentation is completed when the hair is twice the size.
Step4:Take out the dough and knead it on the chopping board to exhaust. Divide it into 16 equal parts.
Step5:Knead the dough evenly and grow into strips.
Step6:Take three jujubes that have been washed and dried, and put them at both ends and in the middle of the long strip.
Step7:Then roll both ends together to the middle.
Step8:Put the green jujube rolls into the steamer. Cover the pot cover and let the room warm for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step9:Steam in the pot. Steam in the fire for 10 minutes. Turn off the fire. Open the lid of the pot in three minutes. The jujube roll is ready.
Cooking tips:I used 500g flour to make 16 jujube rolls. They were smaller. The steaming time took 10 minutes. If they were bigger, the steaming time could be extended properly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
