Stewed pumpkin and hemp

Hemp food is a kind of pasta snack in Shaanxi Province. Few people don't like it, especially when it's cold. Many people like to make stewed hemp food. The food comes out in one pot. It's convenient, delicious and warm. -

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Peel and remove the flesh of chestnut and pumpkin. Wash and cut into slices.

  2. Step2:Put it on a plate and steam it.

  3. Step3:Take the steamed pumpkin slices out of the steamer and put them into a larger container. Press them into pumpkin paste with a spoon.

  4. Step4:Add flour with medium gluten.

  5. Step5:First, knead the pumpkin mud and flour into floccules by hand.

  6. Step6:Then knead it into a smooth dough. Cover it with a damp cloth for half an hour.

  15. Step15:It's less than 10 minutes. The hemp food is all rubbed. Be sure to sprinkle more dry flour to prevent the hemp food from sticking together.

  16. Step16:Put some cooking oil in the wok and heat it. Add in the onion and stir fry.

  17. Step17:Put in diced potatoes and stir fry until the color changes.

  18. Step18:Add tomatoes, carrots and diced mushrooms and stir well.

  19. Step19:Add some water to boil. Season with salt.

  20. Step20:Put in the hemp food and bring it to boil again. Cook over medium low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in the original chicken seasoning and turn off the heat.

  21. Step21:Sprinkle with shredded cilantro and serve.

  22. Step22:A bowl.

Cooking tips:Because the water content of pumpkin is different from the water absorption of flour, it is better to add flour in several times. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
