Step1:Remove the shell of the shrimp and leave the tail. Wrap the dumplings with the dumplings as shown in the picture. Put the shape in the pan.
Step2:Fry the dumplings in small heat with less oil. Add some cold water (half a bowl of normal rice bowl). Boil them in high heat. Cover the pot. Turn the small heat and simmer until the dumplings are cooked and dried.
Step3:Add a small amount of oil. Put a small amount of salt in the egg mixture. Filter with a leaky spoon and drain the egg mixture evenly. Add sesame and shallot for flavor.
Cooking tips:1. Use a non stick pan with a flat bottom. 2. Dumpling stuffing according to personal preference. Shrimp should be wrapped in dumpling shell. The shrimp tail is left exposed outside. It's good-looking. 3. Filter the egg liquid with a leaky spoon. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
