Shiitake mushroom has its own sense of meat. It's delicious. It's like abalone. The key is seasoning. Oil consumption and thick sauce. Starch and thick sauce. Pour over the fried mushrooms. Step1:Take off the mushroom and cut a cross flower knife on the bottom.
Step2:Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Step5:Pour in the mixed sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Keep turning the mushrooms. Wrap the sauce evenly on both sides. When the sauce becomes less and thicker, turn off the heat. Sprinkle a handful of chopped shallots before leaving the pot to add flavor.
Step6:Shiitake mushroom is thick and plump. It's delicious after being covered with sauce
