Step1:Sift low gluten powder, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Step2:Add in the butter. Rub well by hand.
Step3:Rub into coarse grains.
Step4:Add milk and egg liquid and knead until there is no dry powder.
Step5:Put in the honey red bean. Close and knead.
Step6:Roll it out into a 1.5cm thick piece, and cut out a circle with a mold.
