Step20:Put water in the steamer. Put silica gel pad on the grate. Put the steamed buns on it. Cover it and ferment for about 10 minutes. Steam it in cold water. Steam it in high heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat. Stew it for about 5 minutes.
Step21:The steamed buns are out of the pot.
