Step1:Add 80g suga

Step9:Start fermentation (I finished fermentation at 8:00 the next morning at 10:00 p.m.) and ferment for 8 to 10 hours. The longer the time is, the stronger the sour taste will be. The longest time is not more than 14 hours.
Step10:It's finished. It's in the shape of tender tofu. Edible.
Step11:Bottle the rest. Put it in the fridge. It's better not to exceed a week. The bacteria group was active in the first three days.
