Step3:Slice the green onion. Slice the ginger. Put some scallion and ginger into the bass.
Step4:Put the prepared bass into the steamer. Steam until the fish is cooked (specific time to be grasped by each person). During the process of putting the fish into the steamer, you can use a small bowl to put a little June soy sauce, a little steamed fish soy sauce, a little sugar, and then mix it to form the soup.
Step5:When the fish in the steamer are steamed, take it out.
Step6:Spread the remaining shredded ginger and scallion on the front of the fish. Remove the hot oil in a pot. After the oil is hot, pour the oil on the fish directly. Then pour over the prepared soup.
