It's like having spring festival roll. This year, I also prepared a baby spring roll as a special food for children. The delicate red bean sand and the soft yam mud mix together. It's sweet but not greasy. One mouthful can lift the baby's appetite.
Step1:Cut the Chinese yam into small pieces and steam it in cold water for 20 minutes.
Step2:Steamed yams are crushed into mud with a grinding bowl.
Step3:Take a piece of dumpling skin and put it on the kneading pad. Brush a thin layer of oil with a brush and sprinkle a little flour.
Step4:Fold up six dumpling skins in the same way.
Step5:Roll thin with a rolling pin.
Step6:Put the rolled crust in the steamer with gauze on it. Cover the surface with a layer of gauze.
Step7:Cover. Steam in cold water. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
Step8:After steaming, take off the steaming drawer and open the cover. Leave it at room temperature until it is not hot. Then take off the gauze and tear out a cake skin by hand.
Step9:Put the crust on the kitchen board. Press out the circle with the mould.
Step10:Scoop a spoon of yam mud on the cake skin. Wipe well, then scoop a spoon of red bean sand. Wipe well with a spoon.
Step11:Fold both sides of the crust first, and then roll it up from the bottom up.
Step12:Turn the electric pottery stove on low heat. Brush a thin layer of oil in the pan. Add spring rolls in turn. Fry for 10 minutes.
Step13:Turn over with chopsticks. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Step14:The soft and tender dumpling skin is wrapped with sweet bean paste. People can't help but want to take a bite.
Cooking tips:● when rolling the crust, mothers should pay attention to control the strength. Too thin will not cover the ingredients. Too thick will affect the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
