Step1:A yellow croaker. Clean it. Cut a few knives on both sides. Don't cut it off. Add some cooking wine and a little salt. Marinate for ten minutes.

Step9:Put the fried fish in the pot. Add some boiling water. More than half of the fish will be OK. Add vinegar and sugar. Season with salt. Turn the fire to the middle. Turn it over in the middle. Collect the juice.
