Step1:Mix the flour with salt, yeast and fennel. Add oil and stir slightly. Then add water slowly until it is all dough. Mix the dough with the dough. Let the warm place wake up to twice the size.
Step2:Do not knead the dough that is good at waking up. Roll it directly into a 0.5cm thick dough. Cut it into 1cm wide strips with a knife. Put in the oil in the milk pot. Heat to 60% heat and put in the noodles. Fry until golden.
