Only when I do well can I remember to take photos. So the process map is missing. I will try to write it in detail.
Step1:First of all, cut the cleaned lean meat into thin slices (not thin or tender) and put it in the bowl. Add a little cooking wine, raw soy sauce, an egg white (not yolk), two spoons of raw meal (starch). Today, I add a little (thirteen spices) without adding. Add a little salt, a little sugar (fresh). Then use disposable gloves to marinate. Or use chopsticks to stir. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for half an hour. Refrigerate more.
Step2:With seasoning - prepare some chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, dried pepper, prickly ash, sesame and coriander. Wash some of my favorite side dishes. I add ham sausage, lettuce, cucumber and cabbage.
Step3:Start cooking oil. Add half of the chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, dried pepper and pepper. Add two spoonfuls of bean paste (I don't have the ingredients for the spicy pot) according to my own taste. Stir fry and add hot water to wait for boiling. Taste the salt and add some salt, sugar and monosodium glutamate to taste.
Step4:When the water is boiled, put the vegetables in the pot. Lettuce and cabbage are relatively difficult to cook, and then fish them. Ham and cucumber are first fished and put on the big plate. I also put some lettuce on the bottom. Then take out the meat from the refrigerator. Clamp it with chopsticks and put it slowly. Avoid forming a ball. The meat can't be cooked for a long time. Cook it in a minute. Pull it out and spread it on it. Pour in the soup.
Step5:Finally, spread the other half's chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, dried chili noodles, pepper noodles, white sesame. Heat up the oil in a pot. When the oil is hot enough, pour it on it. Squeak. It's called a fragrance. Sprinkle the decorated coriander on it. Deliciou
Step6:Note - because I don't want my family to eat pepper and pepper. I can use a leaky spoon to remove the mess when the water is boiling. Finally, I spread the dried peppers and prickly ash that I pressed. Put the dried pot into the peppers and prickly ash. On a small fire, one side of the Kang, keep turning. After the Kang is dried, it is crushed. Super fragrance.
Step7:Eat half of the picture. Someone's nose is sweating. Ha ha. Cool.
Cooking tips:This is my second time. It's thinner than the first time. So the meat is much tender. Add egg white and meal. It's not bad. You can try more during cooking. There's no exact gram for home cooking. It's all based on your own taste. I hope you like it. Make better dishes together. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
